Ryan moved to San Diego in 2004 and shortly after began his career in mortgage lending. After a few years of learning the industry from the ground up Ryan co-founded a successful mortgage company in San Diego that grew over 80 employees. That experience made him an extremely advanced mortgage professional as it allowed him to deeply understand every and stage within in the mortgage process. In 2017, Ryan was ready for a change and went back to being a full time loan originator.
Ryan prides himself on being an educator to his clients, an innovative problem solver who has a true passion for helping others achieve their financial dreams. He strives to provide a seamless, stress free experience for each home buyer while delivering the best communication in the industry. “I believe that real estate is the most consistent builder of wealth available to the average American. There are no other investments that that match its tax benefits, appreciation, cash flow and ability to leverage the asset. My goal is simple, to help people achieve financial freedom through real estate.”
Ryan lives in San Diego with his wife Juliet, and their three dogs: Stella, Lady and Raleigh. In addition to spending time with friends and family, Ryan and Juliet have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy traveling and seeing new sights.

Daren graduated from Oregon State University in 2004 and immediately entered the mortgage business. He has the expertise to create financing options for each unique situation based on the client’s needs. He is passionate about helping families and takes pleasure in seeing a first-time buyer realize their dream of homeownership.
